It was a
pretty nice day today. It started out sunny, with a really strong
inversion: -44C at the station, and -22 C at PEARL. By early afternoon
though, the wind at PEARL had picked up a bit and there were two many
clouds for FTS measurements. Having fixed the jammed Brewer #007,
ensured all the other instruments were working happily, and de-virused
the computer Cristen had been working on, we headed down to SAFIRE and
the station midway through the afternoon. After dinner, Matt and I
cleared the skating rink, and are hoping the winds stay away so
that it's good for skating on tomorrow.
